Long story short. I bought a truck from Beaver Chevy on Phillips and it wasn't the most pleasant experience. HOWEVER!! The servoce department made me glad I chose Beaver Chevy. Service advisor Kevin and GM Brett made it happen when it counted the most. What I purchased was a used 2015 Silverado. It had some issies that were addressed early on. 3 months after my purchase I flew out of town for a week and came back to a dead battery. For 6 hours a was stuck waiting for a tow truck at the airport when these guys brought me a loaner for a truck they didn't even have in their possession yet! After fighting with the warranty dept for 2 weeks, they finally threw in the towel and covered the expenses to fix the truck. (The 3rd party warranty dept finally got their ducks in a row also) They did the right thing. They could have said no way, used truck. But they stood by their product instead. As of this moment, they made a customer FOR LIFE. Thank you guys. There is so much more to the story but it's all good stuff. Thanks to Caleb also that sold me the truck for being willing to drive out to the airport after CLOSING to help a customer out! More
