Customer Focused I came in to Beaver Chevrolet not expecting anything but Zach and Dustin were able to get me out of a ugly lease. I drove away with a sigh of relief. I get a call from Lincoln Financial telling me they returned the lease payoff check. Apparently they don’t take checks from others outside the “Ford” family (strange). I reached out to Zach and he was very responsive and directing my issue to the right people. I got a call from Dustin telling me he got it handled. After the originating lease dealer (Bozard Ford) wasn’t helpful and tried to charge more for the payoff, Dustin went above and beyond. He found a Ford dealership that would happily handle the payoff. I cant thank you both enough for all your help! More

While we felt that we were given the bottom line price, they were still willing to help us out a little more. My wife and I felt very comfortable negotiating with the salesman. We really felt like we were the only ones buying a vehicle given the amount of attention we were given. I have purchased a couple vehicles in the past and this is the first time i did not drive off with immediate buyers remorse. They break the numbers down without smoke and mirrors. They don't take your down payment and wiggle it into the price and claim that you walk out the door at one price while the reason that is, is because you are putting the down payment to do that. I would not waste my time at any other dealer, rather skip the headache and go straight to Beaver!! More
