Nick Rosa also made sure that all would go smoothly, we set a time to come up and inspect the car . Upon arrival we were greeted by Darrell and the car was gassed up and clean and ready to test drive. I drove with Darrell and my wife waited in the showroom were ever person asked if she needed anything! The car was everything described and more, perfect for my daughter. A friendly and honest automobile dealership One of the most undesirable and miserable experiences, throughout my entire life, has been dealing with dishonest automobile dealers and their lying & One of the most undesirable and miserable experiences, throughout my entire life, has been dealing with dishonest automobile dealers and their lying & pushy salespersons. Every time I entered their facilities it felt like a vulture feeding ground, with me being the food they we’re fighting over. I can’t count the number of times I exchanged words with them and just walked out. When I recently entered my local Beaver Chevrolet dealership, I immediately was introduced with what they call their “WOW” experience. I found everyone very friendly, honest, helpful and sincerely interested in providing me with a first class treatment. The best way I can describe how I was treated is “WOW”!!! I highly recommend visiting this fine dealership and share That experience too. More

Awesome! I went for an oil change and described the other issue I noticed recently. AJ right away offered to have my car looked at and providing the option o I went for an oil change and described the other issue I noticed recently. AJ right away offered to have my car looked at and providing the option of retrieving a loaner. It was towards the end of the day at the service department so I got the loaner and was told to come back the next day. I came back and Stella (my car) was all fixed and ready for me. Stella was also clean! 😎. Also my car key seemed to be having issues and I was sent over to another department where they handled it with ease! Larry happened to be walking by and offered his help. My experience went smoothly and had no issues with poor customer service with each individual I spoke with. More

Great experience! I had a very short amount of time to find a vehicle that would fit into my needs and budget. After visiting other dealerships and being pressured from the second I walked in (and my needs not even being heard), this was the complete opposite experience. From before I walked into the building Justin listened to what I wanted and what I needed and he exceeded my hopes in finding the vehicle for me! I thought I’d only be able to get a used vehicle and he helped me get my very first brand new one! Everyone there was friendly and understanding through my inexperience. We new what vehicle we wanted prior to coming to your sales store and Garrett was quick to find it and offer a test drive. It turned out to be a very pressure free and relaxed buying experience. When it came to the finance department will dealt with Tim and he to was very nice and informative. Overall a very relaxed car shopping/purchasing experience. Way to go Beaver Team! More

Service was not good at all I found in my contact where I paid to have it ran through the shop. I left it for 4 or 5 days and picked it up the same way I dropped it off. Check engine light is on and no call to see if I wanted it fixed. Car was filthy no detailing. Oil change light is on and I have 3 free oil changes no call to see if I wanted it changed. As far as I see it wasn’t touched. If it was nothing to tell me what was done. So what did I pay 800 dollars for?? Very disappointed! No desire to recommend or come back. I will put it in the local shop for the repairs that should have been taking care of. More
