I recently had my first service on my 2024 Trax and let me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were be me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were beyond helpful getting me to my advisor. Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment! More
