Beaver Chevrolet sold my son a car in my name. Without me being in the dealership, in the state or even speaking to me on a phone or video chat. Never verified it was me agreeing to the purchase of a vehicle. Then that vehicle broke down after 18 hours of him having it at his house, to be returned and in the shop for over a month. When he did pick it back up it broke down again, 15 minutes away from the dealership. They then put it back in the shop and then told him he couldn’t get a loaner vehicle to go back and forth to work then3 weeks later they eventually let him use one but after a week they made him bring it back and pick up a rental. claiming they would pay for it, when in fact they had the rental company take all fees off my credit card. Whe. Asked for assistance they gave a 5 month run around. Today a bill comes in for a tire as the car had a flat and there was no spare. I talked my son into going and getting a different car and just dealing with it as they refused to help further. They dodge phone calls and never return messages so my review is NOT to use them. They facilitate in underhanded and illegal practices because yes my son had permission but in 6 months not the next day as I was purchasing another vehicle and now can’t. Due to them running my credit on 9 different companies in 70 days. Paying twice what a vehicle is barely worth is an absolutely insane practice. There is price gouging and then there is absolute theft. Just call a spade a spade. More

I have never had a problem I. The past using Beavers service center. This time around I dropped of my car to get an oil change and get my garage opener control buttons fixed. Unfo The past using Beavers service center. This time around I dropped of my car to get an oil change and get my garage opener control buttons fixed. Unfortunately the oil change got done, but not the control buttons. Wasn’t till I got home and looked at the invoice and realized why it wasn’t fixed. It stated that the charge would be about $500 and that they contacted me and I declined. Total lie. I stayed at the dealership waiting for the work to be completed. Not once was I contacted personally, by paging, call, or text. More
