I made an appointment for 7:30AM and did not leave until darn near 11:30. Keep in mind I went in for my free oil change and to look at maybe one other thing. I’d you have a small crew hire more people as mechanics. Secondly, they allowed children to act a fool in the common area throwing things and being out of control as we’re all in a place of business. Also, this is the only dealership I know of that doesn’t even do a xxxx complimentary wash of the vehicle which is nuts. Even Mitsubishi washed the car after servicing it because they don’t have the cleanest of jobs. There’s so much improvement to be made and I’m starting to feel like this dealership is going down hill. More
