Pleasant, no pressure, found the right car, not just "close enough". Highly recommended, especially after poor treatment at the Honda dealership next door. I was very skeptical of going to a dealer in person and was leaning toward buying online. I had every intention of doing a test drive of the vehicle I was looking for and then purchasing through the intern was leaning toward buying online. I had every intention of doing a test drive of the vehicle I was looking for and then purchasing through the internet to avoid dealership headaches. As soon as I arrived and met Trevor, I was convinced to purchase right at Beaver. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process so streamlined and easy.. He explained what steps we’d take, and kept me informed of status as we waited. Aaron was outstanding! I went from looking at a used truck with a lot of miles to leaving the lot in a brand new Tacoma!
