FALSE ADVERTISING AND EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGERS WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, SO WE DRIVE AN HR AND A HALF TO BEAVER FROM SOUTHERN GA ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THEM THAT ITS STILL GOOD. SO TO DAY THE BATTERY DIES AND WE CALL TRYING TALK TO A GM OR SOMEBODY HIGH UP THERE SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS AND GET A BATTERY TO US SOMEHOW, REMEMBER WE ARE AN HR AND A HALF AWAY. WELL ALL WE GET FOR A MANAGER IS THE SALES MANAGER THAT CALLS US A LAIR AND WHEN WE HANG UP THE PHONE SEND US A TEXT STATING "WHEN SOME IS TRYING TO HELP YOU YOU SHOULD STAY CALM" OK FOR ONE HOW CAN SOMEONE STAY CALM WHEN YOU ARE TOLD NO OTHER MANAGERS ARE IN AND ONLY THE SALES MANAGER AND THEN HE CALLS YOU A LAIR. Awesome Team I will like to thank the Beaver Toyota of St Augustine family for being so supportive. This is the third vehicle we pulled out of their dealership. This time around we did the finances in-house for the second time. I will like to thank Renny Imperial for introducing us to Tim. Their performance was outstanding to say the least and their regard for detail and customer centric focus is unmatchable. Our experience with finance team was what prevented this review from gettin a 5 Star rating. The Finance managers got us the best deal and not only are we helpful for it but we enthusiastically recommend Beaver Toyota for having such a great team. It is the third time we leave this dealership with a smile from ear to ear. However, when it comes to closing the deal there can be room from improvement. When I go to buy a car I go to make a purchase, not to seek life wisdom, I am also not of the Habit of buying things that I don’t feel I need. Demy Saint-Pierre simply could not accept that. He had unsolicited opinions and although being a good negotiator, could not get past my rejection for the purchase of add ons. At the end of deal, he kept going on and on and challenging my decisions while rubbing in his opinions about them. I understand many things, but the one thing I could not to come to terms with was why wouldn’t he just accept that I couldn't afford the add ons. All in all I am thankful for Beaver being there for us and whenever I need help again, I will definitively visit them and recommend them. More

Lacks Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism We bought a pre-owned 2016 Lexus RX350 from Leon LaVaude at Beaver Toyota of Cumming and it was one of the worst experiences buying car in over 25 yea We bought a pre-owned 2016 Lexus RX350 from Leon LaVaude at Beaver Toyota of Cumming and it was one of the worst experiences buying car in over 25 years of buying cars. Leon LaVaude is a great car salesman for the dealership but you should watch out for him. He has no problem telling you that a car "has not been in any accidents", "absolutely beautiful", "no door dings on the car", "on a scale of 1 to 10 this car is an 11", etc... but come to find out the car in fact has been in an accident. I specifically asked if the car had any bodywork, paintless dent repair, or paintwork ever done and was lied to. Conveniently the dealer has a form that you sign not holding them liable for any claims salesmen make in regards to condition of their cars. We were overcharged for taxes and fees by about $80 and on top of that we had to pay an additional $58.67 to the registration office in late fees as the dealership filed for transfer of title late. I was told 23 days ago that we would be reimbursed for the overages and late fees for a total $136.49 but we have yet to receive a check and I would assume at this point we will not. I attempted to contact the General Sales Manager and Used Car Director Ross Beaton on two occasions and never heard back from him. I left a message with an employee and the second time I left a voicemail on Ross' direct line. Unfortunately the calls were returned by Leon who was of no help and was why I was trying to reach someone in management. When you go to a name brand dealership, especially a Toyota dealership, you should feel comfortable that you are getting an honest car, from an honest saleman/dealership, and know that if you have any trouble management is available to assist. You shouldn't feel like you got taken to the cleaners at a Buy Here Pay Here lot. More
