Caring Service I give Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine a 5 star rating because of the amazing service. Right off the bat with Hayden on the phone was so personable an I give Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine a 5 star rating because of the amazing service. Right off the bat with Hayden on the phone was so personable and comfortable. He really cared and tried to get things where I needed them to be. I haven't had this type of service in a very long time. I feel now a days the car people don't really care and are rude. We met with him that day and the whole staff was so nice and made us feel at home. The woman in the front answering the phones was the sweetest person I have ever met. It poured rain when we were out looking at a vehicle and ran inside, she ran right over with a towel to dry my arms and hair so I didn't get cold then brought me a sweater to wear until I wasn't chilled. Amazing service! I would go back there again and I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know. I am having a bit of trouble with my remotes for my vehicle and I spoke with Hayden, he asked me to come back on Friday when his key guy is there so they can get it taken care of. I live a good 45 minutes to an hour away and he apologized and said they would fill up my tank. Such nice nice people to associate with. Thank you to all involved in my purchase of my 2007 Hummer H3! Oil change and 70,000 mile checkup. We were met by service personnel who confirmed our appointment then admitted into the department where we met Steven.
