I would like to point out that prior to talking to Trey. I spent two hours walking around in the parking lot looking at different vehicles. I was getting ready to drive back to Jacksonville when Trey approa I spent two hours walking around in the parking lot looking at different vehicles. I was getting ready to drive back to Jacksonville when Trey approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. To my surprise, he was very helpful, very polite and understanding in his job very well. He knew the product and he helped me to choose a vehicle that meant my requirements. If he wouldn’t have came to me and asked me those questions I would’ve been in my car and driven back home because I wouldn’t have gotten any service from anybody else. I’m quite happy with the results. He’s very thorough and outstanding job. I couldn’t praise him enough where I felt short of praising him. I’m hoping that the management at Beaver Toyota can also tell him that this customer was very happy and I’m proud to say I’m glad he got the sale. I am a two time customer at Beaver Toyota. I hope we can do business again in the future. I love the drive. I love the people down there. I love the service you provide.
