Horrible (I would give this zero stars if I could.) Test drive was only four miles — that was all that was allowed. Sale was high pressure and unpleasant. Finance was confusing and mean-spirited, with an incredibly high-priced maintenance package being offered and added at the last minute, making us unsure what the total cost of the car was. Two master's level grads were made to feel like idiots. After the sale, our salesperson handed us the keys and that was it — no instructions on the truck, nothing. And after the sale was when the fun really began. In the one year since I have purchased the truck, I have had no less than seven phone calls from my salesperson wishing me a happy birthday — none of which were on my actual birthday. I have been inundated with phone calls, e-mails and regular mail. I have been thanked repeatedly for calling or e-mailing the dealership about a new car when I have done neither. I have received constant sales e-mails from the dealership's marketing firm offering me new cars, etc. even after I have unsubscribed. To date, I have unsubscribed NINE times. I receive constant phone calls asking me to buy a new car. Mind you, I just bought this one a year ago. I have written to the GM. I have called customer service. I have e-mailed everyone at the dealership with an e-mail address to ask them to please make it stop because I want nothing more to do with the dealership. But it still keeps coming. Just today, I received yet another sales e-mail from them. What start off as a bad experience has turned into a truly horrendous one just because I feel like I cannot get away from the dealership. And, my truck makes me carsick — a fact I would have known had I been able to take the car for longer than a four-mile test drive. Kinda sucks on my 45-minute commute. So beware. If you buy from this dealership, you will never hear the end of it. Or if you do, please let me know how you did it. More

Unlike other dealerships/sales specialists I've working with via phone before making the trip to the dealership, the deal we worked verbally was the exact deal that they had on paper when I arrived, with no gimmicks. The best car buying experience I've had I bought a new 2015 Toyota Camry XSE and worked with Aspen Leaf who was Awesome! He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and made us feel like I bought a new 2015 Toyota Camry XSE and worked with Aspen Leaf who was Awesome! He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and made us feel like family. He listened and worked very well with us and we didn't have to deal with any hassle or back and forth garbage. Everyone at Beaver Toyota was very nice and took their time to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. Brett Morgan from Management also worked with us and was outstanding as well and we are very appreciative. Shane Buzzetti in Finance was great to work with and had a great sense of humor, he made the signing process interesting. We have already spread the news about Beaver Toyota to friends and family and we will be back in the future. My mother drives from Maryland a few times a year to visit and is going to be looking for a new car very soon, so we are planning to bring her into Beaver Toyota. :) Thank You Aspen and Beaver Toyota for such a great deal and experience!!! Back for another great experience! Ever since purchasing my husband's Tundra at Beaver a month ago, I've been on the search for the perfect 4Runner for myself. My shopping methods were Ever since purchasing my husband's Tundra at Beaver a month ago, I've been on the search for the perfect 4Runner for myself. My shopping methods were not too different than the last time around. I still shopped online and over the phone with around a half dozen dealerships in the North/Central Florida area to make sure I was getting the best price. My situation was a bit more complicated because the color combination and options I wanted made the search extremely difficult. After several weeks of shopping price, most dealerships were unable to obtain the exact vehicle and wanted and they suggested that I order one directly from Toyota, which could take months or settle on my color choices. I really did not want to settle or compromise on the options. Because our first experience with Beaver Toyota was so awesome with the Tundra purchase, I really wanted to be able to do business with them again but it needed to be the right vehicle and the right price. They have a great extended power train warranty for extra piece of mind and I like shopping local when I can. After meeting with Matt Calavan, this guy has got to be the nicest GM I've ever met and Brett Morgan, they made it their goal to make my experience with them a top priority. *Sidenote: The vibe at Beaver Toyota is quite different than any other dealership I've been to. It's very laid back and everyone there has a warm disposition. * Several days after my meeting with them, I get a phone call from Brett Morgan to tell me that he'd located the exact vehicle I wanted and was having it relocated to Beaver Toyota from Alabama for me. This is what great customer service is all about! I'm now 3 days into my new ride and I love it! It's exactly what I wanted and I am so happy that they listened to my needs and delivered exactly what I wanted. More
