Off course I end up purchasing different car, even better one that I was looking for with higher price tag, but that was meant to be since you don't come across that many of Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited 2014. Brian K. was with me from the time I arrived (5 pm) until the end (12.30 am) That was not an easy choice since I wanted to buy the Hybrid model but new was little too expensive. Brian K. and the rest of the Service Staff did an exceptional job to make the deal happen and made the deal good for both sides. They also accommodated my special requests! Brian surprised me when he called and told me that he can deliver my car to Jacksonville so I don't have to drive to pick it up from St Augustine. Not only he delivered the car, he also explain the features comes with the car at late in the day. He did everything you expect respectful Product Specialist to perform and I wouldn't think twice to recommend any one else out there if it comes to Toyota purchase, make the trip to St Augustine and you will not be disappointed! I had the intention of buying a used Toyota and for this Beaver is the place to go...they have hundreds of cars to choose from right there. Once Shain knew what I had in mind he picked out the best match right away and we went for a test drive. Then, after explaining the options, I decided to lease a new car, something I'd known nothing about! I did feel a little pushed though as we were very tired and ready to leave when we were told the paperwork on the lease would only take 35 minutes, so we decided to stay. However, we felt we were lied to about the 35 minutes promised to complete the lease as it took over an hour and a half! Unfortunately, we do not remember the name of the person who made that promise but it was not Shain. I think it was his manager. We drove our new Toyota RAV 4 home and we are very happy with it. We're very impressed at the beauty and cleanliness of the dealership and the amenities in the service waiting room. Everybody who spoke to us was very nice and friendly. More

He listened to our needs and recommended a vehicle that never crossed our minds a Venza. Wow, it is perfect and exactly what we needed. We didn't bring both vehicles with us so Bob drove to our home and picked up the other vehicle. While he was at our house, he even paired the Homelink to our garage door opener.
