We initially went in with our walls up but found our sales experience to be very accommodating and without pressure. The dealership itself is clean and well stocked with amenities, the lot is stocked with many options and we were able to find the exact car we wanted. Bobby our sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient, listening to what we wanted and helping to narrow our search down to the Corolla model. We really did feel like he had our backs and we were able to come to terms on a deal that we really couldn't beat. The resulting paperwork was a breeze with Steve in insurance and Daniel in finance to help us. Overall it was a more relaxed experience than we've come to expect from purchasing a car; they answered all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable throughout, and never made us feel "stuck" or "suckered in" to something. Have already visited the service center for an add-on installation and have recommended this location to family and friends. Will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle purchases. More
