I would strongly recommend his customer service to anyone that enters the Toyota Beaver Service Department. Mr. GARY GONZALES has been the mechanical tech on my vehicle for the past two weeks, and although we are still running into unsolved problems, he is obviously a very skilled and experienced mechanic. He has been of a great assistance ... going out of his way to thoroughly explain to me how the repairs are advancing, and sharing his knowledgeable suggestions on how to further proceed.
