Beaver Toyota of Cumming has a high-tech service center where you can get your Toyota or Lexus serviced or maintained – we also maintain all makes and models. Our origins are humble, and we remain humble servants to our customers. The heart of our family-owned dealership starts with Mike Beaver. Mike learned the automobile business from his father. At age 12 Mike began working 7 days a week and never slowed down. He purchased his first dealership in Denison, Texas in 1986. Two more dealerships followed; one in Carrollton, Texas and one in Lufkin, Texas. Later another in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As Mike and his wife Linda grew the company, they were determined to elevate standards of doing business to be customer centric and community focused. The Beaver family comes from a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude which permeates throughout our culture. The talent we cultivate at the dealership understands the importance of honing their respective craft to best serve our customers.

I bought a new Corolla from here and they shipped it to me. Car looked great, guy that brought it was super nice and helpful and the whole process was super easy and convenient. Until it wasn’t….. a month me. Car looked great, guy that brought it was super nice and helpful and the whole process was super easy and convenient. Until it wasn’t….. a month and half later, I got a knock at my door from a law enforcement officer stating that i needed to return my car by 10am the following day. If I didn’t comply they’d report it as stolen. Reason for all of this was because they failed to get a copy of my social security card. I knew about this and I had apparently lost my card so I went to order one at the office near me which is roughly 30 miles away from my home. I am an only child and care for my mother with frontotemporal dementia and barely have time to go to work much less anything else but I did. As of the date they knocked on my door I still haven’t received the card to give them to make a copy of. I was thinking oh well I will send it when I get it in and all will be well. Nope. They told me I still had to drive an hour and 26 mins away to return it AND id have to reapply for the loan which in return would hurt my credit yet again. Why would they have shipped me the car if this was that important? Seems to me if this was so important they’d be sure to keep the vehicle until they got everything required. I must add that when I was made aware of the issue I did send a screenshot from the social security administration website that clearly showed my name and social security number and this was unacceptable for them. Very disgusted by this and will never do anything with this dealership again! I’d have even been somewhat content if they would have sent someone to my home to retrieve it instead of me having to locate someone to take it for me so I could be home with my mother. The girl I sent was met at the dealership by a local sheriff deputy and was told they reported it stolen because she was 6 mins late arriving at the extended time of 3pm. More
