All in all, it was quite painless - and I really loved having my shiny new car delivered to my house and parked in my garage on the same day I leased it! So it was with some trepidation that I decided to give you a second chance for my latest car purchase. I'm glad I did. My experience dealing with only one person, Amanda Garcia, was actually enjoyable thanks to her thorough professionalism and regard for my needs. The entire process took under two hours, there was no good cop/bad cop routine that is too often encountered at car dealerships, and I when I drove my new Hyundai off the lot I was completely satisfied with my experience there. Please consider this one simple truth: People just want to feel like they are valued as customers and not as targets for exploitation.
