Worst service of my lifetime. Sent me in Uber to rental car place and there was no car. When I finally got a car they said they would pay the difference and they did not. No information on what was going car place and there was no car. When I finally got a car they said they would pay the difference and they did not. No information on what was going on with my car throughout process. Called sales manager told him on my experience and he said he would check on my car and call me the next day at noon. When he didn’t I called him at 2 and it was his day off. This was all for a new 65 k truck I bought. If they treated me that was can you imagine how they treat people who don’t spend that much. No one knew what was going on. No promises kept. No rental car as promised and I was charged for it. Never never again will I put myself through the mistake of using Beck and Mason South for service. Everything was great until we got to finance. One, no introduction to who we were dealing with. My wife finally ask what is your name. We were also quoted over the phone that our take out of our lease to introduction to who we were dealing with. My wife finally ask what is your name. We were also quoted over the phone that our take out of our lease to purchased would be 2.9%. Before coming to B.M. I had checked out other sources of financing. My C. U. at 2.43%, Chase at 3.68%. But was told that because we were buying our lease, financing had to go through GMC. Don’t know why but o.k. Well imagine our surprise when financing said our rate is be 4.13%. When told we had been quoted 2.9% by B.M.His replay was, I’m financing, I tell you what you can rate will be, not someone else. More
I bought the truck from Beck and Masten South and it 3500 Miles a lifter started to knock. I bought it in for repairs where it sat for five days and then was told it would be two weeks before technician cou Miles a lifter started to knock. Hi then picked up the vehicle and took it to another dealership in Alvin Texas who did the repairs and supplied me with a courtesy car. This was the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Beck And Masten South and I doubt it will occur again. More
Never even got my vehicle serviced here because when I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have a rental ready because GM as "they say" dont offer loaner vehicles anymore.
