Went in for a oil change, took almost 2 hours to finish. After leaving, my check engine came on, brought it back the next day only to find out its something else. Wanted to keep vehicle at least one day, asked if I could have someone drop me off or a loaner. Told me they could order an Uber. Kindly declined and went decided to go with Sterling McCall GMC. I have bought and referred many of my family members to this dealership due to being so close to my home and always been really good. After this experience, I'll never visit this dealership again. I'm upgrading vehicles very soon and have discarded buying from here. More
