The service dept. needs help. I purchased my 5th vehicle from Beck n Masten a few years back. Getting whatever warranty comes with oil changes and things. For about a needs help. Each time I try to get an appointment I’m getting pushed back about a month. Yes a month. And yes this is just an oil change for a 2500. Should be a no big deal. So I decided I’ll get them elsewhere. However on last Monday I received an email saying it’s past due and that my warranty for such things will be expiring in about a month. So I called to ask 1. My warranty is still good (Yes I was told) 2. Schedule an appt for that Saturday. When I arrived at my appt they asked if anything else could be done. Well yes. 2 of my tire sensors aren’t working, and for some reason I even bought these new tires from you’ll less than 2 years ago. Salesman comes back. That isn’t covered. Makes it to where none of my tires sensors show up AND yes I’m paying for the oil change. So I show him the email and told him that I even called to verify. His excuse was the emails are mass shot out. (Even though I had the warranty id/ customer id). And the person I called didn’t have the right information and that it’s happens all the time. Their working on it. Without becoming angry I asked to ask his manager. He took my phone to show the email. And she told him that yep I have to pay. THABK YOU for making my decision easy while my wife asked me to shop while I waited for her new Yukon. I will not being buying from Beck n Masten again (after 5 vehicles). Probable not even GM if this is how it’s going. More

The customer service this trip was horrible. Upon pulling under the awning, I'm used to being greeted by the team that puts down the paper floor mat protector, and the steering wheel cover. The three guys that were there never looked up from their phones, completely ignoring that I was even there. Then, upon entering the service advisor lobby, no one acknowledged my presence. So I walked down the line, no one looked up to even say "we'll be with you in a minute"... I had an appointment BTW. So, finally someone offered to take my info. From this point on, the service advisor was engaged. The actual service performed was great, and quick too. Then, his station did not have a working credit card xxx terminal. It took forever to manually enter the CC info correctly. I watched the greeters for an hour, rarely did they look up from their phones.... The service advisor, once engaged did his job diligently, as did the techs. More

The sales department at this dealership is great. Service department unfortunately is HORRIBLE! Our service advisor never answered his phone for starters. It’s been there 8 days so far with no end in sight. It’s a BRAND NEW car! How hard could this be? I finally spoke to a manager( 3 previous unreturned voicemails) and he offered to find me a loaner. In my opinion I should have had one from the beginning! Our adviser offered me a deal at enterprise for $44 a day. It’s a brand new car! Why should I spend $360+ dollars to date for a car that should be a comp in my opinion. Maybe they would like to pay the prorated daily rate of my car payment since I can’t drive it. It’s a sad day when a business as big as B&M can’t provide good customer service. I’m ready to trade the stupid car in at Sewell. They supposedly offer 5 star service. More
