He was already with a customer who had made an appointment when we arrived, without one, but we were willing to wait for him to finish his sale and in the interim he set us up to run our own computer search of the dealership's stock. When we eventually sat with him he was warm, caring, honest and very easy to work with He did not try to steer us toward what he wanted to sell us, but rather helped us find what we wanted. He worked with us , not on us. When it came down to price he was able to meet our needs. When we left with our new lease, he was still there waiting for us to finish the process that followed his work with us, even though it was past closing time.
