Thank you Derek Rieckhoff Recently I leased an A3 Audi from Bell Audi in Edison. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and consideration of my time. I came to the dealership with several request and Derek immediately walked me over to a vehicle, to suggest and explain that this model would suit me best. Once we sat down to discuss pricing, it came to his attention that he couldn't fill all my needs at that time but he would get back to me by the next business day with options. As promised, the next day I recieved a call saying he had located a vehicle with everything I had request. This particular car was at a dealership in PA, but Derek offered to go pick it up for me and have ready to take home by the end of the week. I agreed this fit my needs and picked the car up within a few days. At that point Derek was extremely helpful and took time to walk me through all the features of the car. I ended up having several other questions a week later and Derek suggested I come back so he could help; and again he did. Lastly, I was surprised to see the follow up that Derek did after the sale was complete. He reached out a few weeks later to see how I was enjoying my car and how it was handling the rough winter weather. I felt that Derek genuinely cared about my customer experience and was not solely looking to make another sale. It was a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to a long future with Audi because of his level of professionalism and expertise. More

Ryan at that point found another vehicle in inventory to have Mark show me and was willing to make the price as comparable as possible. long story short I decided since everything was new for me in this purchase to try something new and went with the light. on top of all this a Bell Audi customer since 2005 was purchasing his 4th vehicle with Bell, and the time waiting we spoke alot about the service, and the care for him as a customer...no family member is words he used made me even more comfortable to Join the Bell Audi family.
