My daughter was in the market for her first car and I was helping her with finding the car she wanted, an Audi A5, at a price she could afford. I visited couple of other dealerships before ending up going to helping her with finding the car she wanted, an Audi A5, at a price she could afford. He got back to me promptly. I visited Bell Audi with my daughter and was greeted by the friendly staff who directed us to Adnan. Although he was busy with another client (we arrived earlier than expected), he did not ignore us. He was respectful and made the car buying experience a pleasure (specially for my daughter who had heard many horror stories about car salespersons). Adnan was courteous and answered all our questions in detail as well as giving us a good price. I would certainly recommend Adnan to anyone in the market for an Audi. Albert's in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm about the Audi brand make it a truly enjoyable sales experience. Albert went above and beyond to re-assure my wife that the Q7 would be a great car for her by organizing a test drive with the whole family (including transferring two car seats from the old car so the two kids could also join the fun). This was the final push needed to seal the deal. Albert has a great personality which contributed significantly towards the enjoyable sales experience. I enjoy the discussions with both Albert and Jonathan on the current and future Audi products and the competition, for me this contributes towards having the full experience. The message being available whenever, was also delivered on by Albert whenever I had questions. A great touch from Albert was sending pictures of the car when it arrived at the dealer, all wrapped up and later when the wrapping was removed. Just an extra service which helped extending the excitement of taking delivery of a brand new car. At the delivery Albert took all the time needed to explain the functionalities of the car to my wife and even tough me a thing or two which were applicable to my A6. In short, great experience, would definitely go back for future cars and looking forward working together with Jonathan from a service perspective. Well done Bell Audi! I was compelled to write this review of my sales person Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and have never experienced this level of professionalism and attentiveness to every detail of getting my new Audi A6. The deal was not that simple as I needed Bell Audi to pay off my existing lease of the Acura MDX and get the best possible deal on the new Audi. I also was very particular about the color and the equipment on the new car. Albert Nkansa went out of his way to make sure that all of my requirements were met. Because of my busy schedule, I also have requested that a car had to be delivered on a certain day and at a certain time. Bell Audi did not have the car that I wanted, so they were able to locate a car at another dealership and Albert went there and drove the car back to Bell Audi and made sure that it was ready for the pickup upon my arrival. Albert also gave me a very comprehensive review of the car's features. I am thrilled with my overall experience with Albert Nkansa and will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. Now I want to give a special comment to the sales manager Vinny Korha, Vinny together will Albert were able to do their magic to pull me from my Acura lease and put me in the new A6. My husband and I were in yesterday to purchase a used A6, after having had a bad experience at another Audi dealership in Central New Jersey. And even though we were buying a used car, we were treated as though we were a very special customer making a very special purchase. Jason was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and low key. We never felt pressured or as though we were just a number. It was an exciting day for us to be getting our "new" Audi. We are so happy that we did it with Jason and Bell Audi. It made it an even better experience :) We already told Jason to keep his eye out for another great car that would suit our needs...because we will be back! Robert, from the Finance department, was wonderful to work with also. He got us a fabulous rate and advised us about other things honestly and without being pushy.
