Despite a few disagreements and miscommunication, I ended up with a GREAT deal and became a happy new audi owner. I was servicing my A7 at Bell Audi when I was browsing around the new cars stock in the showroom. I was approached by TJ asking me if I was interested in any of the cars. Being a long time Audi customer and a big fan of the brand, I've changed cars almost every year for the past 4 years. I had just completed a full year with the A7, which I loved but it cost me a little more than I'd budgeted for. I asked TJ to help me figure out if it would be a good time to change vehicles now, since mine was pretty new to begin with. I really didn't think it was an option yet. TJ immediately offered to do some number crunching and tried to offered me a couple of good possibilities that I haven't actually thought about. I also needed help finding a used first car for my 17 year old son ho just got his license. We were following the stock of used cars on Bell Audi's web page. We found a possible fit and returned to TJ. In one day he not only sold us my son's car, but wowed us with a brand new Q5 that was definitely better suited for our budget and it was a model of the Q5 I haven't seen before. TJ understood our needs and concerns and was able to pull the necessary data, information and impressive car in a day. I was lucky that day. His quick thinking and persuasion, made the deals happen. He put me at ease, understood my issues, called me every step along the way and explained the process and repair in language which made it clear to understand. He takes the time to explain in detail, the nature of the work being done or that needs to be done. I always feel I am in good hands when I deal with Jonathan. I have dealt with other advisors, but it's to the point where when I call to make an appointment, I always request Jonathan. Quite frankly he is the reason I keep returning to Bell Audi. I have other friends who own and drive Audi's and I always recommend Bell Audi for their service needs. I have dealt with other Audi Dealers in the Tri-State Area and no one compares to Bell Audi. I visited another Audi dealer in the area who never bothered to return my call. I test drove the BMW convertible and the Volvo and the Audi A5 was the clear winner. I purchased a few accessories from the parts department-they were very helpful. I brought my new Audi A5 convertible home today! Glacier White Metallic, Black Top, Titanium Gray Interior...Gorgeous!
