Purchased used car at Bell Audi, in less than a month I have a major engine problem. There was no warranty and it was purchased "as is". That being said, this type of problem should not be encountered in less than a month. As a sales tactic, the manager Albert berated all the "mom and pop" dealerships that sell garbage. This is shady and unexpected from such a fancy and highly rated dealership. We purchased here based upon reputation. Bell offered nothing to resolve the situation. Bell Audi will screw you just as fast as the other shady dealers. Extremely disappointed More

I went into to Bell Audi to purchase two vehicles; a 2021 Q3 and a 2021 Q5. My aunt decided she would lease the Q3 instead. Aubrey and his team were very helpful in getting this set up and she left happy. I Q3 and a 2021 Q5. My aunt decided she would lease the Q3 instead. Aubrey and his team were very helpful in getting this set up and she left happy. I, on the other hand, left the dealership with such a bad taste in my mouth. The "brand new" vehicle had a roughly foot long scratch in the driver side front door which we were not going to be compensated for. In fact, the vehicle that I was offered to substitute it for was not only more expensive, but the discount we negotiated was even less than the original agreement. The manager, Brad, was snarky, rude, and arrogant to say the very least. He was so convinced he pulled one over on my partner and myself that he went into the back room and told Aubrey the deal was done after he offered me a longer payment term with a lower monthly payment to fool me into thinking he did me a favor.. In addition, I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for the refund of my deposit on the vehicle. I called last week and was told to wait "a few more days".. well, needless to say I still have not been refunded for the deposit. BUYER BEWARE.. spend a bit more and go with a BMW or Mercedes.. don't give these people your money. While the interactions with Aubrey were pleasant, things changed when the deal went south and he stopped responding to me when I inquired about the refund. More
