I bought a previously owned 2020 Q3 for my wife at the end of September. The car was beautiful and my wife immediately loved it. Unfortunately, probably due to end of the month constraints there were a fe end of September. The car was beautiful and my wife immediately loved it. Unfortunately, probably due to end of the month constraints there were a few problems that I had to have addressed at my local dealership here in Pennsylvania. I was unable to find the financial relief I sought regarding these problems until I made contact with the General Manager,Ryan Schmidt. Ryan was courteous,thoughtful, and totally professional throughout the entire process and as a result all of my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. More
