Purchased a beautiful 2019 Audi Q8 end of May 2020 second key was not delivered with purchase of $75k car now July 2, 2020 no key yet. Buying a premium automobile at a luxury auto maker should not be this way. Was told my plates were ready to be installed. Arrived at Bell Audi and could not find? This is the second Audi purchase within a year. Management needs some help from Audi to restore their image. Disappointed that these issues have ruined the image of Audi for me and my wife. More
