Interested in the Audi A4, I reached out to Bell Audi of Edison and connected with Gabriel Maradiaga. Right from the beginning, I liked his style. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and quick with every response. It wasn't the easiest car shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic but he made it seamless. I was able to view pictures and videos of the car via text and set up a test drive immediately, with no wait or hassle. Car was spotless and dealership was classy and top notch. During the entire process, Gabriel was patient and informative. He knew I wanted to take my time and do my research, and he allowed me to do just that. He gave me all the information I needed to come to the decision to move forward with the purchase and even set me up with a second test drive to seal the deal. We were able to do everything through text and finalize all paperwork via email. Quick and easy, the way it should be! I truly was blown away with the level of customer service Gabriel, Jerry and Bell Audi provided and I can honestly say I will no doubt be back to buy my next vehicle with them. More

Gabriel Maradiaga on the sales staff was friendly, calm, easy to talk to, attentive, informative, professional and honest. He made the car buying experience very stress-free and enjoyable for me and my wife. Many dealers are not allowing any test drives right now, but at Bell Audi, with the right precautions, I was able to schedule a test drive, interacting with just one person, wearing proper PPE. I did a two-week search around the tri-state area, inlcuding other dealers, Craigslist, Carvana, and Carmax. I found the inventory and the prices at Bell Audi to be the best, and upon inspecting their cars on test drives, Bell Audi had the cleanest vehicles, not only on the exterior and inside the cabin, but also inside the engine compartment and undercarriage. If you are in the market for an Audi, pre-owned or new - I would highly recommend you make an appointment at Bell Audi. Ask for Gabriel. He's terrific. More
