Jason worked very hard to help me feel confident with my purchase. I live in California so I could not visually inspect the car. Jason took lots of pictures of the car for me. He even got down on the snow covered ground to take photos. (I think he got his tie dirty!) I was worried about rust, so I asked Jason to put the car on the lift and take some photos of the underbody. Jason assured me there was nothing to worry about and he was absolutely right. I paid a fair price for the car. Every promise Jason made to me, he kept. He was very responsive and communicated well. Every time that I called Jason, he picked up my call, even if it was to tell me he was working with another customer. Jason made spending a lot of money fun! I knew I was in good hands. I have bought and sold MANY cars in my 54 years. Only twice has the experience been great. This was one of those times. More

OIL CHANGE I read the reviews so decided to give this place a shot. They welcomed me and I told them I wanted an oil change (first oil change free by Audi). Wait I read the reviews so decided to give this place a shot. They welcomed me and I told them I wanted an oil change (first oil change free by Audi). Waited only half hour and it was done, which I was confused because it was done so quickly. I opened the hood after I left, checked the components I marked to see if it was removed which should of been on a standard oil change, but it wasn't. The dust was still on the oil cap and oil filter, my marks were in the same position. Now tell me if a mechanic did an oil change I would've noticed finger prints on those components, I saw none. The bolts under the car were snug like it was never removed, no mechanic is that perfect. Tell me Bell Audi if people put there faith in you to do work on there cars why BS them. Washing a car making it look clean doesn't mean work had been done. You guys should be ashamed of calling yourselves a Audi dealer. Just because your not collecting any money doesn't mean you pretend to work on a customers car. More

Worst experience in my life Very unhappy that I had to waste my time to come over to the dealership to find out that they lied about the price to get me there and tried to cheat Very unhappy that I had to waste my time to come over to the dealership to find out that they lied about the price to get me there and tried to cheat their way out of honoring the negotiated price. Extremely poor experience and most disappointed with the manager who had a chance to make things right, but made no attempt at all do offer any solutions. They claimed they made a mistake, but wouldn't own up to a mistake in any way, offering no options at all. With so many Audi dealerships around the area, not sure why anyone would come here. More

So just based on that I went there and asked for Marc Levine who is also highly recommended. I was very impressed. The crew there is friendly, no pressure and very professional. Marc went all out to ensure my wife got the car she needed; he could have easily not tried as hard & we still would have purchased the vehicle. But he made it a point to get what WE wanted. Much respect for that. I highly recommend Bell Audi/Marc Levine if you're shopping for an Audi. More
