Money hungry and extreme practices of saying you need things done to your car that aren’t necessary. I just bought the car from you in May put only 1400 miles on it then told it needs $3000 worth of wor things done to your car that aren’t necessary. I was told the car was given a full tune up when I bought it. Then I’m told they only changed the oil.
