I actually started with calling in. I spoke with Jose the very first time we talked about different cars since 2011we had a hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee. we had been driving and other diffe I spoke with Jose the very first time we talked about different cars since 2011we had a hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee. we had been driving and other different questions. He suggested a CRV sport touring. In the color that we wanted he said those Will be in in a few days can you wait and I said yes. He gave me a call a few days later and said the car is in and ready to go. My husband and I went down there It was already, given the information that was necessary on the phone It was there for me maybe half hour 45 minutes I went into see the finance man who was really funny. Seeing that we paid cash everything went very smoothly and quickly. I just can't remember his name. Anyway within about an hour or so we were on our way. Nice thing about Jose is we had a few questions within the first week and he went ahead and answered the call and helped us through the questions It was very hard for us to get through all this new technology. But he always had the answer. He is an asset to Bell road Honda. And I'm sure he will be moving up very fast. Thank you for asking that question. More
