I left my car for the day and 7 hours later, was not called. I had to call twice to reach someone. When I was able to reach my coordinator, was told I had to leave my car for an additional full day an called. I had to call twice to reach someone. The car was still under fill bumper to bumper warranty and had only been in my possession for a few months. In addition, the stearing wheel noise I was told was bearings and I should avoid driving it long distance. When I took it to another Honda dealer, the manager drove the vehicle with me and said the noise was normal and no issue. Even so this other dealership indicated that if I did want to have the part replaced, I could and they would provide a rental at no cost. The customer service at this other dealership was respectful, unrushed and accurate. I will be going to this other place from now on and never returning to Bell. More

I have issues with my 2021 Honda passport. To be exact, Transmission and brakes. They keep dismissing it as “ normal for this vehicle”, but Inknow it’s not.
