I really like the people and tye customer service the only bad thing is my car did not come with a jack in the back and looks like the oil has not been changed in at lease 20 thousand miles I went to Wal only bad thing is my car did not come with a jack in the back and looks like the oil has not been changed in at lease 20 thousand miles I went to Walmart and had it changed and also have a little problems with the stereo the volume button but I will take it in and have them look at it when I puck up a jack thank you. All aspects relating to service performance was outstanding. This includes such factors as work done, time to complete work, service advisor interactions. As a customer, the one thing that was terrible was waiting area convenience. There was no drinking water available. Coffee was available however it was of barnyard quality. The area was clean and neat and there was television viewing available. More

Everyone that I encounter at this location is outstanding! The service manager is always pleasant and explains everything that was accomplished during my most recent visit and advised that I need outstanding! The service manager is always pleasant and explains everything that was accomplished during my most recent visit and advised that I needed new tires and what the cost would be . Unfortunately I did not have time to stay today, but I will return to get the new tires as we are going on a long trip in two weeks. The administration staff is always very helpful and friendly!
