The content of the credit application I submitted to the dealer is vastly DIFFERENT than the application the dealer submitted to the bank. Even after LITERALLY A TWO MONTH deal this dealer FRAUDULENTLY, PURPOSEFULLY WITHHELD MY CREDIT APPLICATION TO THE BANKS CAUSING A VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE and this is AFTER I THREATENED to sue them. When I did, they said we would just “cancel the deal.” More

To be honest, I just think the dealerships are more expensive unnecessarily more expensive so it’s no one person. It’s not the department. And that’s the only reason I would only give four stars because if the price was right for what you get, I would give five stars very pleased with the work I get with the customer service courtesy, respect, kindness, shown coffee, and control of the remote in the waiting room all appreciated i👏🏽👏🏽kudos.
