To be honest, I just think the dealerships are more expensive unnecessarily more expensive so it’s no one person. It’s not the department. It’s not that individual dealership just overall historically expensive unnecessarily more expensive so it’s no one person. It’s not the department. I guess they paid workers more, which is good, but I’m on a budget, so . And that’s the only reason I would only give four stars because if the price was right for what you get, I would give five stars very pleased with the work I get with the customer service courtesy, respect, kindness, shown coffee, and control of the remote in the waiting room all appreciated i👏🏽👏🏽kudos. Mimi was excellent for as much as she knew about the Fiat. She made sure all our questions were answered to the best of her knowledge. I still not sure about the warranty. The car was detailed but not Fiat. She made sure all our questions were answered to the best of her knowledge. I still not sure about the warranty. The car was detailed but not gassed up and I had to stop at Athem to fill up on my way back up to Prescott. All in all, it was a great experience! More
