Nothing was explained clearly. Kept trying to upsell me when all I needed was my Bluetooth fixed. Told them what my first mechanic said it was, they claimed it wasn’t that and I en Kept trying to upsell me when all I needed was my Bluetooth fixed. Told them what my first mechanic said it was, they claimed it wasn’t that and I ended up with a loaner for three days just for the issue to be what I originally said. Every time I said no to get something fixed they claimed was wrong we kept circling back to it. Super frustrating. More
