Purchased my first car as a single mum after loosing my husband during Covid. First time ever to purchase a car without my husband there who passed young. First time a Ford. Was looking for a dealership that can serve my company needs as well regarding trucks for our family owned contracting business. They make you think your family until you drive away. Car was previously owned by their own sales person, it is a black diamond bronco she had waited over a year for yet decided after 3 months to trade it in. Sat down with finance and was shocked to see an added an extra 10 year warranty package. I questioned this and the finance girls answer was “look you’re on your own now just like me” then I had to hear her personal story about how her boyfriend left her…. Tears and all. Didn’t need to hear that yet instead an explanation on why I needed the extra warranty package on a brand new car. She now doesn’t work for them possibly due to being unprofessional with customers. However their words were “look Shelley we want you 100% taken care of” then the showroom lights went off as they were trying to close due to their Ford Christmas party happening. At this point I was in tears yet thought maybe they meant that they wanted to look after me as a widow and single mother. I brought a very expensive vehicle and it did indeed leave a bad taste in my mouth driving it home that night. Next day when I took my brother in-law out in it he said what’s that fan sound? We first thought it was something to cool the engine down. Called them several times sent text messages to the sales person Stacey (told she had the flu) in Jan and then in Feb and all the girls who were so nice not once called me back. I took it to several Ford dealers who advised me to take it back. Finally had Bellevue diagnose the problem A new gear box which has been broken for some time. The car is garaged and I have put less than 400 miles on it and only has 7,000 in all. Bellingham Ford eventually called me back right after in March, the sales person started crying then shouting of how over worked, how busy personal life is and slammed the phone down which has been logged along with her doing it again. Her sales manager Shaun spoke to her about her behavior and lo and behold she done it again when was advised to straighten the situation out. All we are asking for is either a loaner because parts are on back order up to 6 months, a refund of the extra warranty yet I would like to keep it as trust is now broken along with the Bronco due to having this problem right out the door or a 100% refund. They denied ALL. Never have been spoken or treated in my life like that. I have had no problems with Chevy and the Olsen team for over 20 years with our fleet of business trucks nor personal vehicle's. Loaners were always provided. Even park place of Bellevue gave me a brand new Porsche to drive when my Hellcat was being worked on. Don’t be fooled with their sheep’s clothing and good ole boy’s attitude. I regret the decision of trust I had with them. More

I went in to get a complimentary oil change based on having previously had the number of oil changes they said would earn a free oil change. The “free “ oil change cost me $79 as they cancelled the offe having previously had the number of oil changes they said would earn a free oil change. The “free “ oil change cost me $79 as they cancelled the offer with no notification or explanation. I’m not sure if this is the right dealership for me to purchase my next vehicle from.
