I moved to B'ham just over a year ago and being a Ford truck guy, familiarized myself with local dealership to service my current truck and discuss the next upgrade. Covid made getting a new F150 Powerboo truck guy, familiarized myself with local dealership to service my current truck and discuss the next upgrade. Covid made getting a new F150 Powerboost a challenge but the the team stuck with it and eventually found what I wanted and purchased a new Platinum yesterday. This was easily the best car buying experience I have had. Specifically, Michelle and Andrew were an excellent sales team that worked hard to find and then pull this off. I can't thank them enough for their honest and diligent service and making this such a positive experience. Additionally, the personal touch shown by Julian (General Manager), David (Service Manager) and Mike (Finance) was above and beyond. Excellent job and a heartfelt thank you! More
