Upon my arrival, Doug greeted me and asked me if I knew what I was looking for in order to point me in the direction of the particular stock of vehicle. Once he walked me to my the vehicle, he askes if I had a particular price in mind, I did. There was no upsell, it is what it is and I can appreciate the fact that he was a straight shooter. It is worth mentioning that he also a kind and relaxed. I worked with Amanda in finance for the last portion, were you’re tasked with signing several papers before you head out— normally that is the worst part, however, Amanda made that process informative and cut out any unnecessary fillers whilst explaining said paperwork. The process was painless, came in at about noon, left at 3:45 with my new vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience. More
