Found a perfect replacement for the truck I just totaled I had a very positive buying experience here when I purchased a new truck last year. Last week I crashed and totaled that truck. Quick and Painless process! I've bought every vehicle I've ever own from another dealership down the road. When we were in the market for a new minivan we went back to that deale I've bought every vehicle I've ever own from another dealership down the road. When we were in the market for a new minivan we went back to that dealership. What a nightmare! The environment inside the dealership was tense and unfriendly. No one would even day hello to you if you weren't their customer. We were insulted with the price and payment they wanted to charge us and they refused to work a deal. We left and the next day I found the same minivan at Bennett at $10,000 cheaper! I called them, we came in, it was detailed and ready to go. Paperwork was done in less than an hour and every single salesperson in that place had a smile and a kind word for us. We got a great deal, great payment and we are very happy customers! Our salesperson was Jeanie, who was an absolute sweetheart and very down to Earth and kind. Bennett has us as a customer for life!!! More

Having done my research, and spoken to ALEX on the phone before hand I felt ready to come in , still guarded, to begin my purchase. From the moment I met Alex, I knew I was in good hands. He was kind, funny knowledge, and most importantly listened to what was important to me in a new car. He quickly found what was to become my new baby. We took a test drive as he pointed out the specifics of the important details that I was looking for in a car. He really put my mind at ease that I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted and not just what was being pushed off the lot. He even went as far as to find me a different color to make sure I would be happy. After we decided on cost of purchase, my experience continued with the manager who helped me with the trade in of my jeep. He was able to help with the monthly cost and get me that tiny bit extra to make sure I would be driving home happy and comfortable and with my mind at ease. He really made all the difference. All in all Bennett Chevy made today as painless as possible, and given the chance I would encourage anyone else to use them and I would definitely use them in the future and for my family. It was worth the drive and the tiny headache in finance:) More
