I even waited until he got back to work before making an appointment to return my lease and decide what to do. Andy has never steered me in the wrong direction. He makes me feel comfortable and bottom line, I trust him. Past experiences I have been in and out of there in just a few hours which is valuable when you are a busy parent. This time, I was a little more indecisive ;) but Andy told me to go to lunch, sent me away with all my options to think on and provided no pressure during my time there. I 100% recommend Andy to anyone. I would also like to thank Evan who stepped in to show me all the options my new Equinox has to offer without rushing me. She was very helpful and I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of (which is huge being a female). Rich Anderson (Service) was beyond helpful!! He provided me with a tour of the facility and I was able to to get a sneak peak of my car was it was being prepared for me! He was very kind and made me feel very special and not as if I was just another number. Everyone there was beyond nice! While it can be stressful buying a car, Bennett made it fun and exciting.
