Very Professional and Enjoyable Experience I want to start by saying shopping for cars can be stressful, as we all know. But my experience with Mr. Marc Rowe was nothing but professional from I want to start by saying shopping for cars can be stressful, as we all know. But my experience with Mr. Marc Rowe was nothing but professional from start to finish. I was driving from over 3 hours away to look at a 2014 Volkswagen GLI that Bennett had on there lot. So needless to say I was a little nervous driving that far to look at a used car. I had a lot of questions and I wanted to be sure it would be worth my time to go down. I would send several questions to Mr. Rowe via email and he would get back to me within the hour I asked. What I really liked was if he didn't have the answer he would go and find out and then get back to me. The information he gave me made me feel comfortable making the trip. Once I arrived His professionalism carried on. Keep in mind this is a Chevrolet dealership, and I was there looking at a Volkswagen. Mr. Rowe had really done his homework on this car. I was amazed about his in depth knowledge of the features and performance aspects of this car. I never once felt any pressure during this visit. It was actually a pretty stress free and enjoyable time. Once I decided I wanted the car, we got to the negotiating stage. It took a little time and we went back and forth a little but they got me where I wanted to be with my payments. As I mentioned, Marc was the definition of professionalism and organization during my time there. He went out of his way to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. This is truly how all dealers should strive to serve their customer base. Buying a car should be a fun and exciting time. There is no doubt Mr. Rowe and the sales team made that happen for me. A Pleasant Car Buying Experience My wife and I decided that we wanted to purchase a pick-up truck. I had contacted several local dealers. Justin Bird, at Bennett Chevrolet, contacted me by email and phone. He was very helpful in identifying a truck that would meet my needs and would be in my price range. We met with Justin on a Wednesday morning, after meeting Marc. Justin would be meeting with us shortly. Marc showed us the truck that Justin had in mind for us. We were impressed with the truck, but had to leave for a doctor's appointment. So Justin and I were in contact with each other during that afternoon. We came to an agreement on a price and decided to meet the next morning. The sale went smoothly, with Justin explaining everything and then turning the financial details over to Greg. Greg was very efficient and after we obtained the certified check from the bank, we finalized the deal and drove our new truck home. At no time were we pressured to buy or add anything. The entire experience was very satisfying and even enjoyable, as both guys have a great sense of humor. More
