I went into Bennett and Steve immediately was there to answer my questions regarding the Equinox. He was extremely informative about the car and very personable with me and my daughter. He sat in the car with me and showed me how each feature of the car dash worked. That was extremely helpful to me and my daughter. It is obvious that both Steve and Scott know the cars that they sell and I enjoyed meeting them both. Marco helped me with the loan part of the deal and the extended warranty. His years of experience in this area were obvious and he was also very nice and personable. My wife and I came in to this establishment, not sure about purchasing a vehicle. We drove home in one, thanks to the great work that Anthony and Jim did for us. Once we decided on our vehicle, Anthony did a great job getting us to drive home in it. He and Jim helped us out in every way that they could. We also had our 4 year old and 4 month old children with us. Not once were we made to feel like our family was "in the way", although we probably were. My point is, Jim and Anthony were very patient and all of the employees were friendly. It made a pleasant enviroment for our entire family. This year I was in the market for a new, small car and had my mind set on a Honda. My boyfriend checked out all of the details for me but came back to search at Bennett and fell in love with a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I was unfamiliar with the model but he called me, described the car to me in detail down to its color, and two days later, I made the trip to South Jersey from North Jersey to purchase my new car! I couldn't be happier! From initial phone conversations with Tony DiSalvo and ending with arrival at Bennett Chevrolet, I could tell this Chevy dealer was reputable. Mr. DiSalvo was so pleasant, professional, considerate, informative, friendly and helpful. He clearly defined every step necessary and quickly completed our transactions. Anthony, in Bennett's finance department was great to work with. He very accurately explained each document as we quickly moved through the financing process. (He even noticed that we have the same birthday.) I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and I'm thrilled to have a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze! I think the 2 hour drive would be well worth it again from North Jersey to Bennett Chevrolet for future servicing. More
