I TOLD HIM CREDIT NOT GOOD, NO TRADE IN, A LARGE AMOUT OF CASH FOR DOWN P I CONTACTED JIM MY INTERNET AND WE SET UP A DATE. THE DATE IS TODAY 6/25/16.
