"BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER" Andy Strijker was more then a wonderful salesman.... he was more like a miracle man. I had already been to another dealership where I felt nothing but Andy Strijker was more then a wonderful salesman.... he was more like a miracle man. I had already been to another dealership where I felt nothing but pressure and it was a terrible experience. Andy could not have made things any easier. I literally picked out the car I wanted, left to run some important errands and a little while later, he called and said, "come pick up your new car!". I should have known to go back to Bennett's in the first place because this was actually the third car in a row that I bought from them but another dealership had a good advertising strategy which turned out to be exactly the opposite of what they promised (no pressure). I've actually been dealing with Bennett's for about 12 years now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. They take the stress out of a stressful experience. More

After market service sucks. I would give a good rating if it was when I just brought this car. I thought I had a good deal, but turns out they were no different than any other dealers, who just want to sell you a car at any cost, but even worse is my dealer talked into buying this car because he scared me there is no other better deal and this car will be gone soon and made me put down a deposit, also their after market service sucks. After just a three days, my light had been give me a problem, so I went in for a fix, and ask them to change my window wiper with the ones that I brought myself. They were kind of nice about it, by it means, they were just saying okay without any smiles. Even though they fixed my light, but they never changed my window wiper which almost put me into a car accident they day after when there is a big storm. Now is nine month pass by, and my car need a oil change, which is free within one year after purchase, so I called and asked about their body shop, and the phone operator kept saying something about other place I should go. Even when I ask if my tired damage would be include in their warranty, and they answered me with a rude tune. Too bad I already brought this car and driving for so long, but I will never buy from here again, and never recommend anyone either, especially these young people who has no experience with these dealers, they will xxxx you off. This is why I don't do any rating after I do used for a period of time. More

Best Car buying experience I have ever experienced. After shopping at another local dealer, where the sales staff was less than helpful, I went online and inquired about leasing a new Traverse. Within minutes I filled out an online credit application and received a follow up e-mail from Drew Ward. My credit is not great due to a recent divorce, but Drew came up with options that the previous dealer did not. The Traverse was not feaseable given my poor credit, but Drew picked out an Equinox that suited my taste and went to bat with the banks to get me the best deal possible. I have purchased 15 new GM cars in my life, never as satisfied with the experience as my current with Drew and the dealership. Even better, once it was time to sign the contract, Yasmin in finance found a last minute program that lowered the interest rate even more. My payment dropped another 38 dollars. More
