It was an easy process although I didn’t enjoy the experience with the device manager. He was an old white man and tried to mansplain things to me. I got my GLE450 at Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle and always serviced it in New Rochelle too. However, recently MB of NR stopped giving Saturday service appts. So I booked my appointment at Benzel-Busch always serviced it in New Rochelle too. However, recently MB of NR stopped giving Saturday service appts. So I booked my appointment at Benzel-Busch because they offered Saturday service appointments and I am too busy during the weekdays. I must say I am completely satisfied with my overall experience at Benzel-Busch. After getting my six previous Mercedes-Benz's from New Rochelle it looks like I have a new dealership for sales and service. More
