Michael Hill made each of my experiences at Benzel-Busch unique and pleasant. My first car being the FourTwo Smart Car led my experience, and then when time came to purchase my Mercedes E350 it was a natura unique and pleasant. Mike is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy; there are no "hidden" factors that pop up. I spoke with Mike frequently on the phone, describing my needs and his suggestions were Right-on." Mike was always up-front with his thoughts and how a package would benefit me; but ultimately leaving the final decision to me. Pricing costs were straight on; no "let me speak to a manager and see if we can do better," a gimmick used by many dealerships.
