Excellent SA and highly recommend him as well as Benzel-Busch Mercedes Benz Service Center. This is not a "stealership", this is a proper dealership that absolutely values CX (customer experience). I live in Midtown Manhattan and I purposely drive 40 minutes to Benzel-Busch in NJ (instead of going to Mercedes Benz of Manhattan that is 10 minutes away, which by the way is a Corporate Owned dealership) due to the fact that I know I am putting my car (2019 S63 AMG) in the best possible care at the dealer and in the best possible hands with Dave. A+ in every aspect; highly recommend Dave @ Benzel and this is coming from someone who has driven Mercedes for almost 15 years and been to 12 different dealers in 4 different states, Great job Benzel-Busch, and thank you Dave Tangen.
