I wanted to fix a tire issue that is always getting low on air and dangerous for my children and I My service advisor was very kind and professional. I wanted to fix a tire issue that is always getting low on air and dangerous for my children and I. He was able to find that it would be covered under my tire insurance that would have expired this year, but because it was never repaired correctly last December, he made the repair under the insurance coverage. He also told me that the power steering noise might be a torn valve, but would check before and charge me if it needs to be fixed. It turned out to be another issue but the charges came in lower than I expected. I appreciated that all of the recalls were taken care of and there were no surprises with the fees. I was also given a loaner car for the weekend as the parts for the recall needed to be ordered. It was great to get a feel for the 2020 vehicle which makes me want to trade in or purchase a 2020 make. Best experience even felt very comfortable with the extra care regarding social distancing in the dealership and throughout the process. More
