Satisfied with the service but not the loaner. New rules limit the usage to 100 miles a day. I am already 45 miles away and we ended up not using the loaner car. I don't like the attitude of the Frank, he was behaving like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when I need to pay he increase price. When I ask why you are charging more he told me my car need more oil. Why this Gentleman did not know my Cars Model? Of course he suppose to know. After that he gave me very bad attitude. When I was leaving I just have to say bye to my friend who also came for service it took only 30sec. I told him hold on, but he gave key to my wife and disappear without saying anything. this is I was not expecting, I was with my wife I felt very bad. Car service video was good and service technician Robert's video was vey polite with greetings. More
