Benzel-Busch Motor Car - Service Center

Tire issue I went to this dealership under the recommendation of a salesman. It’s supposed to be a simple and straight forward chech since my had been functionin I went to this dealership under the recommendation of a salesman. It’s supposed to be a simple and straight forward chech since my had been functioning pretty well. I asked the manager just for routine maintenance and also check 1) one of the tires has leaking issues for a few weeks, 2) car charger connection isn’t working. 3 hours later, I was told everything looks good and I paid around $300 and left. One day later, those two minor issues still stayed and it turned out they actually never checked, not to mention trying to fix it. Therefore I had to pay another visit for tire and charger connection issue, this time, they went through and found out the problems. For the connection issue, I was informed it would cost hundred bucks to locate exactly what problem is through computer detection. For the tire issue, they managed to find out the leaking whole, but won’t be able to fix it. I highly doubt that, however since this happened right before the pandemic, and a lot of dealerships are expected being closed( including this one), thus I chose to buy two new tires from them and get them changed right away, which costed me $600. More
