The experience is not what it used to be. My wife had to bring the car in from Manhattan to reupholster the driver's seat (for the second time). She was given an appointment for a Monday morn My wife had to bring the car in from Manhattan to reupholster the driver's seat (for the second time). She was given an appointment for a Monday morning. The repair was not begun until Tues at 2 the next afternoon. This 2 hour job was finished by 4:30, at which point there was no one available to deliver it to the city that day! My wife called multiple times to arrange delivery and was finally able to get someone to agree to have the car here "by no later than 10:15 Wednesday" so I could take it to work. She left messages for David the service manager, the operator and someone from valet. At 10:15 on Wednesday valet called and asked if I still needed the car around 10:30. It finally arrived later that morning after I already took another Uber to work. To top it off, the upholstering job was less than perfect, leaving a buckled area on one side of the seat. Considering this is the third SUV I purchased at Benzel-Busch, I expected better treatment. Sincerely Jeff Klingenstein More
