I scheduled 1pm maintenance. I showed up 1:15pm. Waited until 2pm. Then returned home to wait. Got a phone call around 2:30 that it will be done in 20min but they called for chec I showed up 1:15pm. Waited until 2pm. Then returned home to wait. Got a phone call around 2:30 that it will be done in 20min but they called for checking payment schedule rather than giving me an alert when my service is finished. So i didnt get real phone call saying my service is finished so i can pick up. So i went around 3:55 to pick up my car and entire place was locked up and everyone w gone. You must notify your customer that you are closing at certain hour so if i dont come until you close, you are gonna just leave my car in the drive way and take my key which is chained with my home key. I found my car left alone on your drive way. What kind of service is this? I got a help from sales people to open up the gargage and get my key and car back. But this was not pleasant at all. More
